You can ask us to delete your Aisha account and the data tied to it at any time.
In the app
- Sign in and open the chat.
- Open the menu (the three dots) and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your request is sent to us and you are signed out.
What happens
- Your account, your chat history and what Aisha remembered about you are deleted.
- We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, such as payment records.
- Active plans are not refunded automatically.
- We email you when the deletion is done.
